Our brand new website is the first big change we have made. It has been create to help run the business as smoothly as possible whilst making us more accessible to our clients.
We are still making improvements but the new associate membership is already revolutionising the way we communicate with both our LOOKERS and clients.

NEW GUIDANCE
We have created a brand new, 6 step guidance programme for all our new LOOKERS to do. This ensures that they are not only knowledgable about your company but are also PPE advised, according to Government Regulations on the current COVID-19 situation.

We have created PROFITABILITY OUTCOME SHEETS which let you keep track of the profits our LOOKERS are creating for you. These sheets stipulate number of bookings, type of bookings, profits from those appointments as well as weather conditions, location and times of shifts to help us market successfully in your area. These sheets are for you to keep track of our success with your targets. You no longer have to wonder if our promotion is working, the results will be on paper.

We have created a database of our trained LOOKERS. Here you can see their max bookings per day, preferred area to work in and their progress through our company, dependant on experience.
